Summary0000532: Model reload is really slow on Win7 64-bit
DescriptionOn Linux, reloading a model is fast, but on 64-bit Windows, it seems to be slow. Need to characterise why that is... perhaps the 64-bit migration has added a bug, or perhaps there's something we're doing inefficiently.

Or perhaps it's just a slowdown from using MALLOC_DEBUG in the binaries.

Appears not to be related to bug 537.

Models with ExtPy seem to be getting RE-loaded during the process of clearing the library. See here:
