| Description | There are quite a few places in the code where architecture-specific code could be sensibly replaced by some autoconf macros. If we are sticking with autoconf we should try to implement these things in order to make ASCEND's code a bit cleaner and clearer. | ||||

The Tcl/Tk detection macros were replaced with ones found online. This will probably break the current build; it enable --without-tcl for the moment, which I needed for the PyGTK build to work. |
