| Description | Sometimes ASCEND models make use of very large data sets as part of their inputs. We have one such dataset in our standard model library, and it was so large that it takes ages to download if you're on a slow connection. I'm proposing that ASCEND could be given the smarts to unzip a file if it's present in the expected location but with one of the common extensions, eh '.zip', '.bz2', '.gz', etc. The file would only be unzipped if there wasn't already an unzipped copy. This would be useful for people wanting to distribute models that include a large data set, as well. | ||||
