Summary0000356: ascend 'relative paths' installation is broken
Descriptionneed to fix the 'ascend' script to use relative paths in the case
where that option was chosen. This will allow users to rename their installed folder without causing strange results due to embedded absolute paths. Relative paths is probably the default 'expected' behaviour.

This needs to be fixed by modifying 'get_default_solvers_path' and 'get_default_library_path' in compiler/defaultpaths.c for the case where ASC_ABSOLUTE_PATHS is *not* defined.
