Summary0000400: bintoken functionality broken
Descriptionascend/bintokens/Makefile is compiler-specific.
Makefile contains hard-coded paths (need to use SubstInFile to fix that)
/tmp/asc_bintoken.so is a bad name, needs to be thread-safely named if possible.
asc_bintoken.so doesn't export symbols, so doesn't load correctly (why?)

If bintoken option is selected in PyGTK GUI, user should receive warning that bintokens will not be generated until the model is re-instantiated.

this is fixed now, and bintoken functionality is working, although it can certainly be much improved.

haven't tested yet with 'installed' version of ASCEND. Very likely not to work.
