Summary	0000560: optimisation of energy system models
Description	currently we can't do optimisation of energy system models because * IPOPT doesn't calculate derivatives for external relations * FPROPS doesn't have full support for derivatives * possibly there is a problem with turning on objective relations via 'rel.included' bit. Optimisation of such systems would be really valuable; we need to implement support for these items.
