Summary0000582: cpow missing in MinGW32
DescriptionIn MinGW32 (official MinGW) the 'cpow' function in complex.h is missing from libm. This means that our fprops function for solving PR EOS doesn't work without a bit of a hack.

We should make sure that when CPOW is available, the native function is used, and disable the current hack in models/johnpye/fprops/cubicroots.c.
