Summary0000588: Reference state TPHS0 seems to have an error
DescriptionThe reference data for enthalpy for oxygen (oxygen.c) is not working correctly compared to the 'OT0' reference state used in FPROPS. Not clear why this is, some testing of ideal property data perhaps needed.

Steps To Reproducecd models/johnpye/fprops
./test.py oxygen

Output ends in

    OK, p(T=1263.150000,rho=204.758510) = 8.00e+07 with -0.000000% err.
ENTHALPY TESTS
    ERROR test.c:66: value of 'h(T=63.150000,rho=1268.027546)' = -1.78456e+05, should be -1.78901e+05, error is 4.4519076532e+02 (-0.25%, -2.488478e-03)!
